Burgess Butterflies
One year ago, we lost our Julia, John, James, and Jack Burgess in the devastating Central Texas floods. There are no words to express how deeply they are missed, but we wanted to create something that honors their memory while supporting their daughter, Jenna.
Together, Kori Green and Catherine Cartie created this special keepsake package featuring four hand painted butterflies, each representing John, Julia, James, and Jack. Catherine painted the artwork and Kori created a pair of butterfly earrings, creating a piece filled with love and remembrance. Than you for helping us honor this incredible family and for loving Jenna alongside us. We hope these butterflies serve as a beautiful reminder that love lives on.

Meet Kori
Kori began making jewelry as she was finishing her law degree at the University of Texas in Austin. After years with her nose in the books, she craved a creative outlet and found it. She loved creating eclectic and colorful pieces and a hobby soon turned to a thriving business. Kori quickly went from making jewelry for herself and friends to hosting trunk shows and currently sells in numerous boutiques across the State of Texas and in several other states. Kori Green Jewelry is individually hand crafted in Fort Worth, Texas.
Her love for natural stones and different color and texture combinations makes for eclectic pieces that are sure to garner many compliments. Kori currently lives in For Worth, Texas with her husband, musician Pat Green, and 2 children, Kellis & Rainey and 3 dogs.
