Refund policy

Kori Green Jewelry can be exchanged or returned 14 days from the time the order is delivered. Orders can be returned for store credit only. Sale pieces can not be returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Due to the nature of demand, it is possible that quantities will be limited or sold out before the website is able to reflect accurate inventory. If your order can not be fulfilled you will be immediately notified and refunded.
